常用参数设置

喷印模式：普通单次模式，多段循环模式，U盘可变模式（Easy默认为普通单次模式）

墨水电压：用户必须根据实际墨盒使用类型选择电压。干性[8.5V-9.5V]、水性[10V-11V]

喷嘴选择：左喷嘴、右喷嘴、双喷嘴

水平方向：左到右，即喷印方向

垂直方向：正常，上下倒置

注：以上选择后，需点击确定。

对齐补偿：左右喷嘴的相对位置，仅在启动双喷嘴时有效。

墨量参数：用户可根据自身需求，加大或减少喷墨量。

延迟参数：触发喷印后，延迟一定时间后喷印。（默认:50）

同步字宽：数值越大，整体信息越宽。（默认:3）

注：以上参数如果是直接输入时，务必点击回车键完成。

喷印控制/循环设置

循环段数：分段模式下的分段数

方向循环：第一段从右到右，第二段从右到左，内容均为正面.

序列号计数保存设置：选择保存，下次开机继续上次计数任务.

位数：计数位数（1-8位）

流水在线作业设置

感应器触发喷印：用于自动检测流水线上经过的产品。

连续喷印：连续开启后，每间隔一段时间自动喷印。

连续间隔：开启连续喷印时才有用，数值越大，连续喷印之间的间隔越大。

内容输入操作模式介绍
Introduction of Content Input Operation Mode
模式1：可通过电脑，安装软件及驱动，连接数据线同步数据进行喷印。

步骤一：请扫描以下二维码，下载并安装软件（微信扫描后在右上角中的浏览器打开）

步骤二：《1》请到手机中的设置→蓝牙→开启蓝牙。

步骤四：在手机桌面中，找到这个应用，点击打开→进入→通信连接→搜索→找到一个名称为Easy设备,点击连接，然后返回。

发送文件：上传当前编辑框内的内容。

删除单元：点击选择当前编辑框内的内容单元，点击删除单元将选择的内容删除。

全部清空：删除当前编辑框内的任何内容单元。

常用参数设置
Common parameter settings
喷印模式：普通单次模式，多段循环模式，U盘可变模式（Easy默认为普通单次模式）
Spray printing mode: ordinary single mode, multi-stage cycle mode, U-disk variable mode (Easy defaults to ordinary single mode)
墨水电压：用户必须根据实际墨盒使用类型选择电压。干性[8.5V-9.5V]、水性[10V-11V]
Ink Voltage: Users must choose the voltage according to the actual type of cartridge used. Dryness [8.5V-9.5V], Water [10V-11V]
喷嘴选择：左喷嘴、右喷嘴、双喷嘴
Nozzle selection: left nozzle, right nozzle, double nozzle
水平方向：左到右，即喷印方向
Horizontal direction: left to right, that is, the direction of printing.
垂直方向：正常，上下倒置
Vertical Direction: Normal, Up and Down Inverted
注：以上选择后，需点击确定。

对齐补偿：左右喷嘴的相对位置，仅在启动双喷嘴时有效。

墨量参数：用户可根据自身需求，加大或减少喷墨量。

延迟参数：触发喷印后，延迟一定时间后喷印。（默认:50）
Delay parameter: After triggering spray printing, spray printing is delayed for a certain time. (Default: 50)
同步字宽：数值越大，整体信息越宽。（默认:3）
Synchronized Word Width: The larger the value, the wider the overall information. (Default: 3)
注：以上参数如果是直接输入时，务必点击回车键完成。

Number of Cyclic Segments: Number of Segments in Segmentation Mode
方向循环：第一段从右到右，第二段从右到左，内容均为正面.

喷印控制/计数设置
Printing Control/Counting Settings
序列号计数保存设置：选择保存，下次开机继续上次计数任务.

流水在线作业设置
Pipeline online job settings
感应器触发喷印：用于自动检测流水线上经过的产品。
Inductor trigger printing: used for automatic detection of products passing through the pipeline.
连续喷印：连续开启后，每间隔一段时间自动喷印。
Continuous Spray Printing: After continuous opening, spray printing automatically at intervals.
连续间隔：开启连续喷印时才有用，数值越大，连续喷印之间的间隔越大。

电脑端软件安装及使用简介
Introduction to the Installation and Use of Computer-side Software
准备材料：喷码机、USB线、电脑（windows系统）、软件安装包、驱动安装包
Preparatory materials: jet printer, USB cable, computer (windows system), software installation package, driver installation package
数据线插法：将USB数据线的T型插头，插在设备上；USB端插在电脑上，打开喷码机电源。
Data line insertion method: insert the T-plug of USB data line into the device; insert the USB end into the computer and turn on the power supply of the jet printer.
安装驱动：双击解压—双击—安装—安装成功
Installation driver: double-click decompression - double-click - Installation - Installation success
查看端口：右击我的电脑→管理→设备管理器→端口→，请记住如图所示COM8。（所有电脑端口均有差异，请以实际为准）

软件打开：双击解压→Bin→找到双击打开

点击—确认端口是否与设备管理器中的端口一致，波特率为115200，并点击确定。
